Procedure:
Step-1: Prepar stuffing material
Take 2 potatoes and boil it.
After boling peel it and then squash the potatoes.
Then add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, haldi(turmeric powder) and coriander leaves.
Now it is ready to stuff in bread.
Step 2: Prepare besan atta paste:
Take besan ata in a bowl and then add salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder. And then add the most important thing is baking soda (a pinch of soda) which brings a huge difference in the taste.
Stir all the things well, add water to make it as a thick paste.
Step-3: Making of sandwich:
Cut the bread and make two triangle pieces of bread. Keep the potato stuff in between the two pieces of bread.
Then dip the bread in a besan ata paste and then fry it in a hot oil on a low flame until it gets dark red in colour.
These will get ready with crispy taste.
