What to do with left out roti?

Many times you might have worried about the left out food in your kitchen. This could happen due to many reasons which can makes you worried about getting wastage of food.

So now you no longer have to get worried about this problem. I have come up with an idea, so that you can fully use your left out roti and to turn it into a delicious dish.

Lets learn, to turn a left out roti with a deliciuos recipe.

This recipe is also called as Sutriyaan in Hindi. It really gives you a toothsome taste and also it prevents wastage of food.

After making this recipe you will wish to make it again and again due to its mouth watering taste.

STEP 1

Make small pieces of roti with the help of your hands.

STEP 2

Keep the bowl on a stove pour an oil into it.

Cut the small pieces of onion and and add it in a oil .

Add ginger-garlic paste to it and fry it for 2 minutes.

Add a water (for softening the roti) and then add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala to it.

Stir well and allow the water to get boiled.

STEP 3

Add pieces of roti in a bowl and allow it to cook for 2-4 minutes.

Then add coriander leaves in it and your delicious recipe is ready to eat.

Now you can enjoy it!
