UPMA:
Upma is a popular recipe of south India. it is the most loved breakfast by them and very easy to prepare.it is not a heavy food to eat and if you are hurry to go on your work and have a very less time to make a breakfast then it is the best recipe to prepare. it can be prepared within 15 minutes.
so lets begin!
INGREDIENTS:
RAVA
SALT
GINGER-GARLIC PASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER
OIL
PHALLI(ground nut)
PROCEDURE TO PREPARE:
Step 1: Roast rava in a pan till it turns into dark cream.(roast for 5 minutes).
Step 2: Keep a cooking bowl on a stove pour oil and add phalli(ground nut) and fry it in oil.
Step 3: Then add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and garam masala(optional) into it. let the ginger-garlic paste be roast properly. then add a water(2-3 glasses) in the bowl. let it heat properly.
Step-4: Add roasted rava to the bowl and stir it and see whether it is moving freely in the water.You can also add curry leaves to it
Then after 5 minutes you can off the stove and your upma is ready.
This takes just 15 minutes to prepare and then you can enjoy it!
