Namak pare-tasty and a crispy snack



Namak pare is an easiest snack to prepare and takes a very less time to prepare. It gives a crispy taste and can be stored for a long time.

This snack is the most loved one.If you have a uninformed guest at your house then you can win their hearts by making namak pare which takes a very less time to prepare and have a crispy and delicious taste in it.


HOW TO MAKE BEST NAMAK PARE AT HOME:

INGREDIENTS:


MAIDA
SALT
AJWAIN
OIL


STEPS TO PREPARE:


1.Prepare a dough of maida in that add salt according to your taste and also add Ajwain in that.         While        preparing the dough add oil and mix all the things to make a tight dough.   
 
 Ajwain gives a very good flavour.

   Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes. 

 
2. With the help of rolling pin stretch the dough and then cut it into a diamond shape.


3. Keep a pan on a stove and pour an oil into it. Let the oil to get heated very well.


4.After the oil gets heated,In a low flame add namak pare and fry it . It may takes 15 minutes.


Then a crispy and a tasty snack will be prepared and now we can enjoy it!



TIME:

For preparing dough : 5 minutes.

Dough to keep : 10 minutes.

Other things : 5 minutes.

For frying : 15 minutes. 

TOTAL : 30 minutes to prepare.
