Mutton (Non-veg) Samosa-Very Tasty

MUTTON SAMOSA:

Normally we fill veg curry (made of potatoes) inside the samosas. But have you ever taste any mutton samosa?

 Mostly we do prepare veg samosa but today's my recipe is so special one which I think most of you have not tried yet.

This recipe is for  non-vegeterians who loves to eat samosa but they could not find a non-veg in samosa. So i bought this recipe for them.

 If you try it, and taste it then definitely you will fall in love with the recipe.
So, LETS BEGIN THE PROCESS.

PREPARATION OF MUTTON FILLING IN THE SAMOSA

INGREDIENTS FOR MUTTON FILLING

  • MUTTON (chopped)
  • ONION 
  • GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  • TURMERIC
  • GARAM MASALA
  • SALT
  • CORIANDER LEAVES
  • RED CHILLI POWDER
Allow mutton in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes.

Then take fry pan and cut the onion then add oil in a pan and then onion,fry it for some time.

Add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder(pinch), garam masala(pinch),  and then add mutton to it. Then fry it for sometime and at last after getting properly roast add red chilli powder and coriander leaves to it.

Now it is prepared.



PREPARATION OF SAMOSA DOUGH

INGREDIENTS

  • Maida
  • Ajwain
  • Salt
  • Ghee
Prepare a soft dough while preparing add ghee, ajeain and salt and then mix it well to prepare a soft dough.

Making of samosa 

Fill the samosa with mutton filling and make samosa shape. Fry the samosa in a hot oil with low flame and your tasty, crunchy, mutton samosa is ready!

TOMATO CURRY- Easiest among all curries and very tasty one. INGREDIENTS: TOMATOES ZEERA(Cumin seeds) CHILLI POWDER GARLIC-GINGER PASTE SALT OIL PROCEDURE TO PREPARE Keep a pressure cooker on stove and add oil in it After adding oil add cumin seeds or zeera to the oil and allow it to get brown. FRIED MUTTON KOFTA RECIPE: Mutton kofta is a very delightful dish to eat and it gives a delicious taste. You can enjoy eating mutton kofta with your lunch, dinner and also when you feel like eating mutton.
