Mutton Kofta-Fried Mutton Kofta Recipe


FRIED MUTTON KOFTA RECIPE:

Mutton kofta is a very delightful dish to eat and it gives a delicious taste. You can enjoy eating mutton kofta with your lunch, dinner and also when you feel like eating mutton.


INGREDIENTS:

Mutton-1 kg

Chana dal-100 gm

Salt

Ginger-Garlic paste

Red chilli powder

A pinch of Garam masala

Egg white

Ground nut powder


METHOD TO PREPARE:


Take mutton out of 1 kg take 800 gms of mutton and add chana dal, salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala in a cooker and keep that on a stove.

After getting one whistle of cooker keep it on a low flame for 5 minutes and then take it off and grind the things in a grinder.
Then grind the remaining 200 gms of  mutton separately.

Mix all the grinded materials well and while mixing it add egg white and ground nut powder and then mix well.

Make the round small ball like koftas after mixing.

Then in a hot oil fry the koftas on a low flame which takes 20 minutes.

Now mutton fried koftas are ready to eat!
