Veg hakka egg noodle recipe:
Ingredients:
Veg hakka noodles
Water
Oil
Onion(cut into small pieces)
Tomato juice(grind 2 tomatoes in a grinder)
Egg
Noodle masala
Cabbage
Salt
Salt
Method to prepare:
1.Add the veg hakka noodles in a boiling water. Do not overcook. Then drain the water and wash boiled noodles with a clean water.
2. Take a pan, pour oil. then add an egg and mix in the oil to get fry.
3. Then add cabbage salt and grinded tomatoes(juice) to it. Mix well for 2-5 minutes.
4. Add noodle masala to it and mix well for 2-3 minutes.
5. Then add boiled noodles into the pan which contains all the above things. Mix it well.Then add chopped onions.
6. You can add coriander leaves and capsicum.
Your delicious noodle recipe is prepared and ready to eat!
