GULAB JAMUN:

STEP BY STEP PREPERATION.

Gulab jamun is an Indian sweet which is very easy to prepare and can be made with in few minutes.

     It gives a very toothsome taste and it is one of the most loved sweet.                                                                            
If you have a guest at home and you have a less time to prepare something for them which is tastier and also very easy then this is the best dessert to prepare.                                                                  

So lets begin!

INGREDIENTS:                                                                        

1.Gulab jamun powder(easily can found in the market).
2.Sugar.
3.Milk.
4.Some water.
5.Oil to fry.

4-STEPS TO PREPARE A GULAB JAMUN:

STEP-1:Making a soft dough and small balls of dough.

Take a bowl, in that take gulab jamun powder and pour some milk and water into it and mix well.Milk is for making a soft dough.

You can use more quantity of water than milk in preparing a dough.

After making a fine dough make a small balls of dough.

STEP-2:Preparing a sugar syrup                                                

Keep a bowl on a stove and add water into it. 

Then add sugar and some saffron threads into it(optional just for colour and aroma)

Boil it fore some time then you will get a sugar syrup. Add sugar as your taste but more sweeter tastes good.

 Thick syrup which gives a very good taste.

STEP-3:Frying small dough balls in a hot oil                             

Keep the oil on a stove to get heated. Then start frying, the prepared small dough balls in a hot oil.

Make sure that the balls should completely dipped in the oil.


Deep fry the balls until it gets into brown red in colour

By doing deep fry you can get a crispy taste in the jamuns.

step-4:Taking  out jamuns from oil and keeping it in the sugar                  syrup.

Take out the brown red balls of jamun from the oil and keep that in a sugar syrup.

TOMATO CURRY- Easiest among all curries and very tasty one. INGREDIENTS: TOMATOES ZEERA(Cumin seeds) CHILLI POWDER GARLIC-GINGER PASTE SALT OIL PROCEDURE TO PREPARE Keep a pressure cooker on stove and add oil in it After adding oil add cumin seeds or zeera to the oil and allow it to get brown.
